Life Clubs really hits the spot and each workshop is designed to bring about and celebrate effective change. The sessions are challenging in a non-threatening and relaxed way, providing you with support and encouragement. The group set up means that you are able to view different perspectives, yet find the solution that best fits you; whilst helping others and maintaining that all important confidentiality.
Based on numerous discovery techniques, Life Clubs has only your best interests at heart. Each session is run by a coach using practical and effective tools; the materials used have been devised to help you get the most out of your life. People who come to life clubs change their lives – they discover what they really want out of life and begin to achieve it.
Start any week you want. With a different theme each week, you will enjoy learning about yourself, increase your confidence and think differently about your life.

I am the host of my local Life Club, held on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 to 9.00pm at the Romford YMCA, Rush Green Road, Romford, Essex.

Life Clubs was founded in 2006 by Nina Grunfeld; author of 'The Big Book of Me' and are now across the country.
Workshops cost just £15 a week or £105 for 10. Concessions available.
